Definitions :-

The following words used in Business Plan shall have the meaning as defined as under;

a. Business Volume (Rs.) :

  • It is the value of a product on which the Sales Incentive is calculated. It can be seen on company's website. The Rs. of product may be equivalent to selling price or different as may be declared by the company from time to time. Business Volume can also be changed from time to time by the company.
  • b. Distribution Centre

  • Facility that is usually smaller than a firms main warehouse and is used for receipt, temporary storage, and redistribution of goods according to the customer orders as they are received. Also called branch warehouse or distribution warehouse.
  • c. Calculation of Sales Incentive on Difference Basis

  • Net Sales Incentive of a Distribution Centre is calculated by deducting Sales Incentive of downline group from Sales Incentive of total group. This can be termed as calculation on difference basis. The Sales Incentive relates to the Distribution Centre who becomes disqualified for any reason for Sales Incentive, shall not be excluded for calculate of Sales Incentive payable to other Distribution Centre on difference basis
  • d. Sponsor Just immediate upline of new applicant termed as a sponsor.




    How to become Distribution Centre :-

    Application form for becoming Distribution Centre under proposer of any existing Distribution Centre has to be submitted through internet and a print out of the same has to be sent to the company Office after signing it by applicant and two witnesses & Sponsor along with the necessary documents

  • List of the documents to be submitted along with application form for becoming a Distribution Centre.
    1. Two Passport size coloured photograph (Mention Applicant Name & Father/Husband Name on Back Side ).
    2. Self attested photocopy of any of the following documents for photo identification
      1. Passport (Valid)
      2. PAN Card
      3. Voter's Identity Card
      4. Driving License (Valid)
      5. Aadhar Card
      6. Written confirmation from the banks certifying identity proof
      7. Domicile certificate with communication address and photograph
      8. Central/State Government certified ID proof
      9. Certification from any of the Authorities mentioned below:
        • Numberdar
        • Councilor
        • Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat
    3. Self attested Photocopy of any of following documents for address proof:-
      1. Telephone bill not older than 6 months
      2. Bank account statement not older than 6 months(Attested by Bank)
      3. Electricity bill not older than 6 months
      4. Ration card
      5. Passport (Valid)
      6. Voter's Identity Card
      7. Aadhar Card
      8. Written confirmation from the banks (Attested by Bank)
      9. Lease agreement along with rent receipt not older than 3 months
      10. Current employer’s certificate mentioning residence
      11. Domicile certificate with communication address and photograph
      12. Central/State Government certified Address proof.
      13. Please note that expired passport cannot be used as address proof, it can be accepted as ID proof.
    4. Cancelled original signed cheque which has the name printed of account holder or original Bank statement issued and attested by bank for the proof of Bank Account Number.
    5. Photo copy of PAN Card.


     There is no charge for registration as a Distribution Centre. After scrutiny of the application form and documents and then the acceptance of applicant as Distribution Centre, a Unique/Track ID Number will be given on website. After receiv-ing the ID Number, the Distribution Centre has to obtain the ID card by login their personal information on Website.

      Sponsorship for new applicant shall be allowed only when proposer and sponsor complete purchases of minimum 1000/- . Purchases can be done in parts but it has to be completed in a single month (commencing from the first day of month to end of that month). If proposer or sponsor does not fulfill this condition, they will not entitled to sponsor. However Distribution Centre will get performance bonus as per marketing plan by product purchases.

      One Distribution Centre can sponsor as many person as he/she desire. Sponsor who is not Distribution Centre can sponsor single new person but benefit privileges will be given only after becoming Distribution Centre.


    Calculation of Sale Incentive :-

    Sales Incentive is calculated on a fixed percentage of business volume of the purchase made by Distribution Centres and their groups on differential basis as follows:

  • Up to 9% of DP. as C&F/Super Stockist Bonus on difference basis
  • Up to 6% of DP. as Bazar/ Stockist Bonus on difference basis
  • Up to 4% of DP. as PUC/Dealer Bonus on difference basis
  • Up to 1% of BV. as Sponsor/Leader Bonus on Total Sales

    Total Business Volume90,00,000 Rs. = 4,50,000/-

  • Note : Performance Bonus will be given to only those Distribution Centres whose minimum purchase of Royal Ayurvedic or Royal Organic Products is 150000 Rs. in the relevant month or they can fulfil this minimum purchase requirement within next 30 days from the end of the relevant month. Performance Bonus will be calculated on monthly Business Volume on difference basis system (Deduction of performance bonus of downline from performance bonus of total group).


  • Bazar/ Stockist Bonus :-

  • Note :
    1. Bonus will be given to only those Distribution Centres whose minimum purchase of Royal Ayurvedic or Royal Organic Products is 50000 Rs. in relevant month or they can fulfil this minimum purchase requirement within next 30 days from the end of the relevant month.
    2. Bonus will be calculated on difference basis by deducting Royalty of downline from total Bonus.
    3. Bonus will be calculated on monthly basis.

  • PUC/Dealer Bonus:-

  • Note :
    1. Bonus will be given to only those Distribution Centres whose minimum purchase of Royal Ayurvedic or Royal Organic Products is equivalent to 25000 Rs. in related month or they can fulfil this minimum purchase requirement within next 30 days from the end of the relevant month..
    2. Bonus will be calculated on difference basis by deducting Bonus of downline from total Bonus of group.
    3. Bonus will be calculated on monthly basis

  • Terms & Conditions :-

    1. Except abnormal reasons calculation of Sales Incentive shall be completed within 40 days from the last day of the month, for which Sales Incentive is to be calculated.
    2. The amount of Sales Incentive will be remitted within in 90 days from the date of calculation of the Sales Incentive. Sales Incentive below Rs. 1000 shall be remitted once within one year from the date of first accrual of Sales Incentive.
    3. Payment of Sales Incentive shall be made by anyone mode of Banking System (NEFT/RTGS/INTER BANKING TRANSFER). For this, it is mandatory to give correct bank account number and IFSC detail by Distribution Centre.
    4. If Distribution Centre does not receive payment due to non compliance of rules of Direct Selling by Distribution Centre or by any other reason created by Distribution Centre, then complete responsibility for delay/ non payment will be of Distribution Centre
    5. If any defect is found in any of the Royal's, Royal Organic Products or Royal Ayurvedic purchased, then the same can be returned/ exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned product must be supported with Bill of purchase and such product should not be damaged from any angle. The purchaser should ensure that condition of the product should be similar to the condition which was prevailed at the time of purchases.
